M6000 Commercial HVAC Scent Diffuser

Coverage depends on three site conditions: ceiling height, HVAC airflow when the machine is ducted in, and how much the room is ventilated. A closed room with strong supply-air throw reaches the upper end; a high-ceiling or heavily ventilated space works closer to the lower end. Divide the volume by ceiling height. At a 3 m / 9.84 ft ceiling: about 2000–2667 m² / 21 528–28 704 ft². At 4 m / 13.12 ft: about 1500–2000 m² / 16 146–21 528 ft². At 5 m / 16.40 ft: about 1200–1600 m² / 12 917–17 222 ft².

Add units when walls, doors or partitions break the space into separate air zones, since fragrance cannot cross a closed door; one M6000 per 6000–8000 m³ zone is the rule of thumb. In a single open hall, one ducted unit with well-spaced outlets normally covers the whole volume. Contact us with a floor plan for a unit-count and outlet layout.

An ordinary machine on the market covers roughly 300 m³; the M6000 at 6000–8000 m³ is about 20–27 times that, and additionally provides two pumps, two bottles and HVAC duct connection that small desktop units do not have. Yes. Each nozzle has its own air pump, its own control panel and its own bottle, so the two sides are fully independent scenting zones. Two different scents can run simultaneously on different weekly schedules — for example a fresh lobby scent and a warmer corridor scent.

Slide each 1000 ml bottle into its holder at the side of the machine and connect its small pipe; the bottles stay outside the housing, so refilling or swapping a scent is done in place without moving the unit. Refill with pure essential oil using a funnel, then reconnect the pipe.

Use pure essential oil, aroma oil or fragrance oil — waterless, with no dilution. We can run a compatibility test on customer-supplied oil before a branded order. Low-viscosity oils formulated for commercial and HVAC diffusers atomize best; very thick oils and carrier-oil blends mist more lightly and can narrow the tube over time.

The scents do not mix inside the machine because each side has a separate pump, pipe, bottle and nozzle; they only meet after leaving the outlets with the room air. Either side can be switched off independently, so the M6000 can also be used as a single-scent machine with the second bottle as reserve.

The box contains two large pipes and two small pipes, four in total. The small pipes run from the back of the machine to the bottle holders; the large pipes fit above the bottle holders and their other ends connect into the air-conditioning supply or return duct. Insert each pipe fully into its fitting before running the unit.

Cut an opening into the supply or return duct, secure the large pipes to the duct with clamps, route the small pipes to the bottles, then plug in the DC adapter and set the schedule from each panel. We recommend having a licensed HVAC technician carry out the duct work; typical installation takes about 30–45 minutes once the duct position is chosen.

Yes. It can stand free on the floor or a sturdy surface, or be wall-mounted; in both modes the dual nozzles scent the room directly. Duct connection is only needed when you want fragrance distributed through the building's own air system to multiple rooms.

The supplier installation reference shows up to five outlet points from one ducted unit. The practical number depends on duct length and fan pressure; for long duct runs or outlets spread across several floors, contact us to confirm sizing so fragrance stays even at every outlet.

Each zone is set separately with its CYCLE, MODE, SET, UP and DOWN buttons: choose the days (Monday to Sunday shown on the panel), set the working period such as 08:00–22:00, set the spray interval, then choose the concentration level. The schedule repeats weekly until changed.

Install the companion app on your phone, enable Bluetooth, and pair with the machine from the app to control schedules and scent levels from the phone. There is no subscription fee, and multiple phones or staff members can be given access for sites such as hotel chains. Bluetooth works within phone range of the machine.

Yes. Schedules are stored on the machine itself, so once the weekly program is set from the panel it runs independently, with no phone present and no internet connection. The Bluetooth APP is an alternative way to control the unit, not a requirement for operation; WiFi control is not supported.
