The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil, and the second wholesale tier starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. 10 mL to 5 L evaluation and retail bottles are also available; fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge. New buyers with a company email can apply for a free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation sample, reviewed per company — just ask for it in the RFQ.
Only the named scents on this page, grouped as bakeshop and spice, evergreen and woods, fresh and green, and warm character — from gingerbread and pine to fireplace, tobacco and the fruit notes. Oils elsewhere in the catalog are not added to this collection automatically.
Yes. Fireplace is a stock fragrance oil with a plain label and no third-party brand name, offered in the same fill sizes and with the same MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS documents as the rest of the range.
They are compounded for product use, and the safe level follows the IFRA category for candles, reed diffusers and personal care. We supply the documents; your formulator confirms the percentage for the label.
Send the scent or reference in the RFQ and the compounding team will quote a match or a custom holiday scent. Custom compounding carries its own fees and lead times, and a new scent is added to this collection only when you specify it.
MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS are provided per scent against a confirmed bulk order, with CLP and allergen documentation for EU/UK labels.
Yes. Oil-based holiday scents work in cold-air, HVAC and the ceramic-disc ultrasonic machines we sell; use the water-soluble collection only for metal-mesh or water-tank equipment.
Yes, neutral stock can carry private branding and a house scent can be compounded exclusively. Private-label and custom work carry their own fees and lead times; send the reference, bottle and branding in the RFQ.
Documents are released against a confirmed bulk order. MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS status is given per scent, with CLP SDS and allergen data for EU/UK labels. The collection contains only the listed holiday scents; other seasonal oils are not added automatically.
