Wholesale Single Essential Oils

The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil. The second wholesale price step starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. Smaller 10 mL to 5 L bottles can be ordered as evaluation or retail fills, and fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge.

They are single-note botanical essential oils named by plant — peppermint is Mentha piperita, sweet orange is citrus sinensis. Grades that are not whole-plant oil are named honestly: 70% and 80% eucalyptus are labelled with their percentage, and synthetic garlic and synthetic wintergreen (methyl salicylate) are listed as synthetic, never passed off as a natural species.

From 1 kg / 2.20 lb the default is an HDPE plastic bottle, and from 5 kg / 11.02 lb an HDPE drum, with no container, filling or sticker fee at either tier. A 1 L coated aluminium bottle is available only when you specifically request it, at US$1.20 per bottle. Retail-fill variants run 10 mL, 100 mL, 500 mL, 1 L and 5 L.

It depends on the atomizer, because ultrasonic covers two different technologies. Ceramic-disc (piezoelectric) ultrasonic machines — the only ultrasonic type we currently sell — run oil-based and water-soluble oils alike, so these pure single oils work in them as supplied. Micropore (metal mesh) ultrasonic units and machines that dilute the oil in a water tank require a water-soluble formulation; a pure oil will not disperse there and can block the mesh. If your unit is the water-tank type, choose the water-soluble collection. Send us the model if you are unsure and we will confirm which it needs.

COA, SDS/MSDS and GC-MS report status is provided per oil against a confirmed bulk order, and IFRA documentation where a fragrance formulation rather than a pure oil is involved. For EU and UK labels we can prepare a CLP SDS with the allergen declaration. Documents are issued for placed orders rather than emailed out free ahead of one.

Yes. Neutral unbranded stock is the default; private-label stickers and full box-and-sticker branding can be arranged, as can contract compounding of a house blend. Single essential oils are natural raw materials, so evaluation samples are chargeable rather than free — ask for the current sample cost and freight in the RFQ. Free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation samples apply only to the fragrance-oil ranges.

Orders dispatch in around 7 working days. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP by sea, air, express or rail where the route allows. Essential oils travel as Class 3 flammable liquids, so freight is always quoted for the actual destination and carrier.

Yes. Send the botanical name or a reference sample for GC-MS analysis and the compounding team quotes a match — the matching service and an exclusive custom scent are separate services with their own fees and refund rules, so ask for the current terms on the RFQ rather than assuming catalog pricing.
