MOQ is quoted by weight in two tiers. Pure essential oils, carrier oils, hydrosols, botanical extracts, Chinese herbal oils, fragrance ingredients, single-note fragrances and perfume-type scents start at 1 kg / 2.20 lb — including the 38 single-note hotel scents. Blended floral & fruity, perfumed and food series, plus the 46 blended hotel scents, start at 5 kg / 11.02 lb at the bulk price. Mixed scents within one family are accepted, and each quotation line states its own tier.

The catalog spans 800+ scents across ten categories: 76 single essential oils, 53 carrier and base oils, 21 hydrosols and botanical extracts, 18 Chinese herbal oils and 29 compounding ingredients on the natural side, plus 679 fragrance-oil listings — 340 floral & fruity, 211 perfume-type, 85 hotel-inspired and 14 food series. The hotel collection includes inspired-by interpretations of major international luxury hotels, all sold under our own scent codes rather than third-party brands. Each product page shows its EXW unit price range across the standard fill sizes (10 ml, 100 ml, 500 ml, 1 L, 5 L and more). Tiered MOQ pricing follows the family at 1 kg / 2.20 lb or 5 kg / 11.02 lb — MOQ is set by weight, not by litre — and volume rates for mixed-scent and 5 kg+ bulk orders are returned with the formal quotation rather than published as one flat list. FOB, CIF and DDP rates are quoted per destination on request. Small orders are settled by PayPal; bulk orders run on bank T/T.

Ten standard fills run from 5 ml / 0.17 fl oz through 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 100 and 500 ml to 1000 ml / 33.81 fl oz and 5000 ml / 169.07 fl oz (5 L); MOQ itself is quoted by weight. Fills below 1 kg carry a $0.30 per-bottle filling fee. From 1 kg / 2.20 lb the default container is an HDPE plastic bottle, and 5 kg / 11.02 lb and larger bulk fills ship in an HDPE drum with no added container, filling or sticker fee. Internally coated 1 L aluminum bottles are arranged only when you specifically require them, at $1.20 per bottle — there is currently no 1 kg aluminum option, and a 1 L fill is never substituted for 1 kg by default. Custom fill volumes, bottle shapes, closures and retail sets are produced on request, with the custom minimum stated on the quotation.

It depends on the oil family. For fragrance oils, new customers can apply for free 5 ml / 0.17 fl oz evaluation samples with a professional company-domain email using the form below, naming the scents and end product (diffuser, candle, cosmetic, etc.); these requests are reviewed per company and are not automatically granted. For pure essential oils, carrier oils, hydrosols and Chinese herbal oils, evaluation samples carry a sample fee plus freight quoted in advance. Any sample fee is stated separately and is not offset against later orders.

COA, SDS/MSDS, the IFRA statement and GC-MS report — and, where the destination market requires it, the CLP SDS with allergen declaration — are prepared and released once a bulk order is confirmed; they are not distributed free of charge at the prospecting stage. Across the catalog, 620 fragrance-oil SKUs hold the full MSDS/COA/IFRA/GC-MS set, 196 natural-family SKUs carry GC-MS and COA with HALAL documentation where applicable, and 25 SKUs additionally hold USDA NOP organic certification. The factory supplies the chemistry documents buyers need against a confirmed order, but market authorization stays with the brand placing the product on sale. EU cosmetic oils commonly require REACH, CPNP notification and a CPSR; US cosmetic lines align with FDA requirements. Pure essential oils are distilled or pressed from one plant and carry its natural chemistry, with GC-MS/COA documentation; aroma strength and note profile vary with harvest. Fragrance oils are perfumer-compounded from isolates and aroma chemicals with MSDS/IFRA paperwork, engineered for consistent throw and for notes no plant produces (most gourmands, designer florals and hotel signatures). Wellness and clean-label lines lean on essential oils; high-throw, price-stable home fragrance leans on fragrance oils.

Yes. Base and scent are independent choices: any catalog scent can be supplied as a neat oil-based concentrate or compounded in a water-soluble version. Pick the base that fits the finished product — water-soluble for water-tank diffusers and water-phase cosmetics, oil-based for cold-air diffusion, candles and anhydrous goods — and note your choice on the inquiry form.

Two tracks are available. Inspired-by interpretations — including the 211 perfume-type and 85 hotel-inspired scents — are sold under our own scent codes rather than any third-party brand; send a reference sample for GC-MS matching, with evaluation rounds normally taking 12–30 days. The replication process and the refundable sample/testing fee (about $148, including three re-scent rounds; free replication on orders of 25 L / 6.60 gal or more) are set out in our fragrance imitation guide. For a fully exclusive fragrance built to your brief, custom development is $100 per scent, including the sample cost, and the fee is refunded when your order exceeds 25 kg / 55.12 lb; a mutual non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

Choose the scents, fill size and packaging, then send logo files and label copy. Standard fills use the included label; custom labels, boxes and gift sets are quoted with any one-off plate or design cost listed separately. MOQ remains the family tier (1 kg / 2.20 lb or 5 kg / 11.02 lb). In-stock oils normally dispatch in around 7 days; custom scent matching runs 12–30 days, and private-label production timing is stated on the PI rather than estimated.

We ship to most countries worldwide by sea freight, air freight, international express and rail freight where the route allows. Oils generally travel as Class 3 flammable liquids — sea shipments follow the IMDG/IMO dangerous-goods code and air shipments the IATA DGR, quoted with the correct UN classification per destination. EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP terms are all accepted; SDS is released to your forwarder once the order is confirmed. Mixed oil scents — and diffuser models if needed — can be consolidated into one consignment, and door-to-door transit time is quoted for your route.
