Wholesale essential oil FAQ
What is the MOQ, and can I get a sample first?
The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil, and the second wholesale tier starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. 10 mL to 5 L evaluation and retail bottles are also available; fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge. New buyers with a company email can apply for a free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation sample, reviewed per company — just ask for it in the RFQ.
Are these natural or synthetic ingredients?
The range includes both, and each is named honestly — natural and synthetic camphor, natural and synthetic menthol are separate products, and isolates such as limonene and linalool state their source. Order by the name and grade your formula requires.
What purity are the ingredients supplied at?
Purity is stated per product on the specification, for example capsaicin powder 99% and p-Methane-3,8-diol at or above 99%. Where you need a specific assay, ask in the RFQ rather than assuming one figure across all 29 ingredients.
Can these be used in flavour and food?
Some are relevant to flavour work, but the correct grade and documents must be specified and confirmed. Do not assume an industrial-grade isolate is food-grade; state the intended use in the RFQ.
Which documents come with each ingredient?
COA and SDS are provided per ingredient against a confirmed bulk order, with GC-MS or assay data arranged where the specification or dossier requires it.
The products include solids and crystals — how are they packed?
Packaging follows each ingredient's form (liquid, crystal or powder) and is confirmed per product, rather than using one bottle type for the whole collection.
Can you source an aroma chemical not in the 29 listed?
In many cases yes. Send the chemical name, required purity and quantity, and we will confirm availability and terms. Sourcing of specialty chemicals is quoted on request.
Are the cooling agents WS-3, WS-5 and WS-23 interchangeable?
They give different cooling intensity and character and are selected for the product. Confirm the choice and dosage with your formulator and the relevant specification rather than treating them as identical.
Documents are released against a confirmed bulk order. COA and SDS are provided per ingredient with the stated purity; grade (for example flavour versus industrial) must be confirmed for the intended use rather than assumed.
