A minor ODM project — small edits to an existing model such as the colour, switching a button to touch control, or changing the nozzle shape — starts at around 90 days, because the prototype usually goes through review and revision with you and is rarely perfect on the first sample. A full ODM project with complex tooling runs 90–180 days.

For example, courier express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) takes about 7–15 days, and sea freight takes about 30–45 days to major ports. Also, we ship worldwide and can work with your nominated freight forwarder. Actual consumption varies with viscosity (thicker oils atomize more slowly) and carries a ±1x tolerance in the spec sheet. You are welcome to send your oil for free compatibility and long-run testing before ordering. For ultrasonic units fitted with a micro-pore atomizing disc, water-soluble fragrance oil is required.
