The sample is charged at the single-unit price plus the actual courier cost to your address. We confirm the exact total by email — unit plus freight, with no hidden fees — and send a payment link before charging anything. Tell us your country and the model for a quick quote.

Three options: DHL/FedEx express, typically 3–7 working days with duties billed on arrival; DDP door-to-door, with all duties and taxes included and transit around 2–2.5 weeks (our recent DDP samples to the UK arrived in 11–18 days); or air freight for larger sample sets. The freight for your destination is quoted before payment.

Yes — engraving on your first logo sample is free (1-piece minimum); you pay only the sample unit and the courier. We email a mock-up of the exact engraving size and position within 24 hours and engrave only after you approve it. Engraving reveals the metal’s natural color and cannot show colored artwork.

Buyers applying with a company email can request up to 15 free 5 ml / 0.17 fl oz fragrance-oil vials per request; the courier cost is covered by the buyer. Evaluation samples of natural single essential oils carry a small product fee that we quote in advance.

Yes — most customers start with one diffuser sample plus a set of 5 ml oil vials, test coverage and scent strength in their own space, then move to a trial or bulk order. Machines and oils can be packed in one parcel.

We email a payment link after confirming freight; card payment works as a PayPal guest checkout (no registration needed) for amounts up to US$500. Above that, and for all bulk production orders, settlement is by bank transfer (T/T).

Standard in-stock models ship within 7 days after payment and logo-mock-up approval. Custom ceramic/stone functional samples typically take 15–20 working days, and a completely new exterior requiring a new mold takes about 3–6 months end to end.

Yes — multiple diffuser models and oil vials can be packed in a single express, DDP or air-freight shipment so you can compare them before choosing your range. Combined freight is quoted in advance.

Only for qualifying bulk orders: 500+ diffuser units, or fragrance-oil orders of 25 kg / 55.1 lb or more. Below those thresholds — smaller trial orders — the sample fee cannot be credited. Where credit applies, the exact amount and conditions are written on the formal quotation.
