Wholesale essential oil FAQ

What is the MOQ, and can I get a sample first?

The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil, and the second wholesale tier starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. 10 mL to 5 L evaluation and retail bottles are also available; fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge. New buyers with a company email can apply for a free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation sample, reviewed per company — just ask for it in the RFQ.

When do I need a water-soluble oil instead of a normal oil?

Use a water-soluble oil when the equipment disperses through a metal mesh (micropore ultrasonic) or dilutes the oil in a water tank, and in water-based product formulas. A pure oil will separate from water and can block a fine mesh. Ceramic-disc ultrasonic machines are different and run both oil-based and water-soluble oils.

Do your ceramic-disc ultrasonic machines need water-soluble oil?

No. The ceramic-disc ultrasonic diffusers we currently sell run oil-based and water-soluble oils alike, so a normal oil works there. Water-soluble oil is specifically for the mesh and water-tank type, which is the micropore technology we no longer sell as a machine.

Will a water-soluble oil stay fully mixed with water?

It is formulated to disperse rather than separate like a pure oil, but exact stability depends on concentration and the system. Confirm by test in your own equipment or formula rather than assuming identical behaviour across all 11 products.

Which documents come with each product?

COA and SDS are provided per product against a confirmed bulk order, with formulation or specification data arranged where your dossier needs it.

Are the functional actives such as capsaicin and WS-23 ready to use?

They are industrial ingredients for formulated products, not finished consumer goods. Handling, concentration and safe use follow the SDS; confirm the dosage with your formulator.

Can you make a water-soluble version of another oil?

In many cases yes. Send the oil, the system it will be used in and the quantity, and we will confirm feasibility and terms. Custom processing carries its own fees and lead times and is quoted on request.

Can these be supplied under a private label?

Yes, neutral stock can be packed with your branding. Give us the product, bottle and label requirements and we will quote current private-label terms.

Documents are released against a confirmed bulk order. COA and SDS status is provided per product; formulation or solubility data is arranged with the order. Exact behaviour in your system should be confirmed by test, since water-based equipment differs.
