What happens after you send the mockup
- Laser engraving on in-stock models: 0 MOQ, free, 3–7 days. Silk-screen and other branding methods are quoted per project; we reply within 24 hours and the formal quotation follows within 48 hours.
- Colour + packaging customisation: colour from 500–1,000 units; packaging artwork with no MOQ, packaging production from 100–300 units. All quoted per project; typical turnaround 15–30 days.
- Full custom mould: 1,000+ units, quoted per project. New-injection-mould projects take about 6 months; projects without injection tooling are completed within 3 months. Plastic tooling from about US$3,000 per mould.
- This preview is a visual mockup, not a production artwork proof. Exact print area in mm, Pantone matching and curved-surface allowance are confirmed by our engineers before tooling.
- Wholesale direct from our China factory. Send the PNG plus the placement spec and we will come back with a print-method recommendation within 24 hours and a formal quotation within 48 hours.
