The full series covers: A600 (600 m³ / 21 188 ft³, 160 ml), A2000 (2000 m³ / 70 629 ft³, 1000 ml), A3000 (3000 m³ / 105 944 ft³, 1000 ml), A6000 (commercial floor-standing). A2000 sits between A600 and A3000.

Yes. The A2000 is rated for continuous commercial use. PP + Metal alloy housing, built-in powerful fan, and nano-atomization core support 24/7 operation. Recommended maintenance: each time you refill essential oil, clean the atomizer core with alcohol and wipe the housing with a towel.

Yes. The air mist duct is connected to the air conditioning outlet/inlet, making every corner of the building full of fragrance. For whole-building scenting, we recommend one A2000 per 2000 m³ / 70 629 ft³ zone. Multi-zone installations (e.g., 6000 m³ / 211 887 ft³ building) require 3-4 A2000 units. Or the A3000 and M6000 diffusers, which offer a wider coverage area.Compatible with central air, split AC, and VRF systems.

The A2000 is wall-mounted with expansion screws (not adhesive backing). Two expansion screws and two screws are included in the default accessory kit. No back stick / no wall sticker is included — solid concrete or brick wall is required for secure mounting.

Currently, we only support our proprietary "Scent Diffuser" app; the minimum order quantity is 500 units if you require control via a third-party app or a custom-branded app.

A: There is no hard limit on the number of A2000 units a single app account can pair with — the system is built around a multi-device, multi-user architecture, so one property manager can group lobbies, guest rooms, spa zones, and back-of-house units under shared or role-based access.

For very large deployments (hospitality chains, multi-property estates, etc.), we recommend confirming the exact concurrent-control ceiling with your sales engineer at the quoting stage, because the practical limit depends on the router, network topology, and the firmware build loaded on the unit.

The same A2000 unit supports all setups below; the metal wall bracket, mist-outlet connector and flexible hose are included. A 12 V power socket is required at the mounting point.

Desktop / surface — about 1 minute, no tools. Place the unit upright on a level surface, plug in the 12 V adapter, and set the schedule in the app.
Wall mounting — about 15 minutes. Tools: drill, level, screwdriver, and screws/wall plugs suited to your wall type. Fix the included metal bracket to a solid wall or stud (not drywall alone), hang the A2000 on it, and plug in.
Ducted central AC / VRF — about 30 minutes, HVAC installer recommended. Tools: duct cutter or tin snips, and aluminium duct tape or sealant. Mount the A2000 near the air handler or main duct, fit the connector and hose to the mist outlet, cut one small opening in the main supply (or return) duct, insert the hose end, then secure and seal it. Scent comes through every grille on that duct run. In commercial premises, the suspended-ceiling AC service hatch gives access for fitting and servicing.
Wall-mounted split / cassette (no ductwork) — self-install, no engineer. No pipe cutting is needed. Mount the A2000 beside the indoor unit, then simply tuck the hose end into the concealed side of the outlet grille, facing the same direction as the airflow; keep it clear of the filter and heat exchanger. Set the app timer to the hours the AC fan runs.

Yes. The A2000 has 4 onboard buttons (MODE / SET / UP / DOWN) for full manual control: timer, scent intensity, mode, on/off. The app is optional but recommended for advanced scheduling and multi-device management.

Standard inquiries get a reply within 24 hours, formal quotations within 48 hours of spec confirmation, and standard (catalog) samples send in 3–7 business days. Customized samples take 2–4 weeks after artwork and spec sign-off. Bulk OEM / ODM production is typically 15–25 business days after deposit and artwork approval, depending on quantity and customization depth.
