Wholesale essential oil FAQ
What is the MOQ, and can I get a sample first?
The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil, and the second wholesale tier starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. 10 mL to 5 L evaluation and retail bottles are also available; fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge. New buyers with a company email can apply for a free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation sample, reviewed per company — just ask for it in the RFQ.
Are these pure essential oils or fragrance compounds?
They are compounded fragrance oils — blended aromatic materials designed to recreate a named flower, fruit or fresh scent for a product. They are not single-botanical essential oils, even where the name is a plant such as jasmine or lavender. Choose the single essential oils collection if you need the pure plant oil.
Why do some scents have numbers, such as Gardenia #1 to #5?
The numbered versions are separate compoundings. They may be tuned for different products — candle versus diffuser versus personal care — or adjusted for strength or cost. Treat the number as part of the scent and tell us your end product so we point you to the right version.
Are these scents safe for candles and skincare?
They are compounded for product use, but the safe level depends on the finished item and is set by the IFRA category for candles, reed diffusers, leave-on or rinse-off products. We provide the documents; your formulator confirms the percentage for the label.
Can you match a flower or fruit scent I already use?
Yes. Send a sample or a clear reference and the compounding team will quote a match. Matching and exclusive scents are separate services with their own terms, so ask in the RFQ rather than assuming catalog pricing.
Which documents come with each scent?
MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS are provided per scent against a confirmed bulk order, with CLP and allergen documentation for EU/UK labels.
Do these work in ceramic-disc ultrasonic and cold-air machines?
Yes. Oil-based fragrance oils work in cold-air, waterless and the ceramic-disc ultrasonic machines we sell. Use the water-soluble collection only for mesh or water-tank equipment.
Can I get private label or a fully exclusive scent?
Yes, neutral stock can carry your brand and a house scent can be compounded exclusively. Private-label and custom work carry their own fees and lead times; send the reference, bottle and branding and we will quote current terms.
Documents are released against a confirmed bulk order. MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS status is given per scent, with CLP SDS and allergen data for EU/UK labels. Recommended use levels follow the IFRA category for your finished product.
