Wholesale essential oil FAQ
What is the MOQ, and can I get a sample first?
The MOQ is 1 kg / 2.20 lb per oil, and the second wholesale tier starts at 5 kg / 11.02 lb. 10 mL to 5 L evaluation and retail bottles are also available; fills under 1 kg carry a flat US$0.30 per-bottle filling charge. New buyers with a company email can apply for a free 5 mL / 0.17 fl oz evaluation sample, reviewed per company — just ask for it in the RFQ.
Are these the actual scents used by the named hotels?
They are independent compounds in destination- and luxury-hotel-inspired styles. No hotel is the source and no endorsement is claimed; the names describe a scent character for your own signature.
Which diffuser system should hotel oils be used in?
Cold-air and HVAC systems are standard for lobby and corridor scenting, and the ceramic-disc ultrasonic machines we sell also run these oils. Use the water-soluble collection only for mesh or water-tank equipment.
Can I create an exclusive signature scent for my property?
Yes. The compounding team can develop a house scent from a brief, and neutral stock can carry your brand. Custom development carries its own fees and lead times, quoted on request.
How much oil does a lobby system use?
Usage depends on the space volume, the machine and the run schedule rather than a fixed page figure. Tell us the area or cubic volume and the equipment and we can advise the setup; rates and consumables are confirmed per order.
Which documents come with each scent?
MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS are provided per scent against a confirmed bulk order, with CLP and allergen documentation for EU/UK labels.
Can the same scent run across rooms, spa and amenities?
Yes, a signature can be carried through the HVAC scenting and matched in amenity or spa products at the appropriate IFRA level for each category. Tell us the products and we will confirm the matching versions.
Can you match a lobby scent I have experienced elsewhere?
Send a clear reference or description and the compounding team will quote a match. Matching is a separate service with its own terms, so ask in the RFQ rather than assuming catalog pricing.
Documents are released against a confirmed bulk order. MSDS, COA, IFRA and GC-MS status is given per scent, with CLP SDS for EU/UK labels. Destination-inspired names describe a style, not an affiliation; brands supply their own finished-product naming.
